  • Ministry of Taxes Azerbaijan asked us to develop skyscraper office building with a unique form which will symbolize the state’s motivation to new advanced technologies & design that will be worldwide landmark tower.
  • First, we developed the program & feasibility. as soon as we got approval from the ministry’s top managers for developed program areas, functions, image of the building, we started from scratch to concept design.
  • After getting approval to those concept & feasibility studies. We carried out schematic design with the contribution of our inhouse designers. design development & construction documentation have been fully developed with inhouse design team.
  • Since the unique twisting form of the building can’t be achieved via conventional CAD software, we utilized BIM in full schematic & design development phases. As a result, SMEP & Architectural design has been finalized and coordinated fully with all necessary details & necessary clash detection.
  • Building with its 167 m height, 40 degree twisting angle from bottom to top, approximately 44k sqm GBA, 31 above and 2 below ground levels, 6500 sqm plot areas and 290 underground carparking lots sets a unique skyscraper form which can accommodate 600 office employees.
  • Lots of advanced specialties & new methods of statements were utilized in the design & construction planning of the building which will make the tower very popular worldwide upon its completion.
