  • Mixed used residential and commercial complex. feasibility & concept were requested by the investor of Lankaran Hotel & SPA.
  • Starting from scratch, we developed concept options & feasibility studies in coordination with investor & concept architects.
  • At the end of the studies, residential, office & shopping mall concept designs have been developed with full construction budget estimation & feasibility studies including construction phase planning.
  • As a quick facts, 275k sqm GLA areas are created out of 450k GBA areas. Created concept was really impressive and contemporary appreciated by the investor.
