  • Portonovi is a world-class, luxury resort development, which includes Europe’s first One & Only Hotel, Henri Chenot Wellness & Medical Spa, high quality residences, high-end retail and F&B facilities and a marina for yachts and super yachts. Portonovi shall accommodate different architectural styles and signatures, however, the look and the feel of the resort is harmonized with the heritage.
  • ~240-berth Superyacht Marina,
  • Authentic and high-end boutiques,
  • Family beach club & Sports club,
  • Luxurious apartments, townhouses and Villas.
  • With its diverse programs and architectural styles, the main challenge of the project was to achieve consistency throughout the design created by different designers from different countries and unify them in a same language to get construction permits, architectural consistency and construction optimization since all buildings were in a close neighborhood. Common details shall be same or similar to get visual harmony.
  • Another big challenge was to fully coordinate all design & documentation in an environment of everyday revisions requested by operators, investors.
  • Beside all those design tasks, site supervision of construction was carried out by the design team.
